successfully merged with NTP International Law Firm whereby

behalf of the clients.
Fees
Arrangement:
We do normally
charge our professional services on an hourly basis but flat
or lump sum fees can be arranged. The fees do not include
handling expenses and government fee(s), if any.
Monthly
and Yearly Retainers:
For extensive
or regular legal needs, the Firm also offers monthly and yearly
retainers to serve the clients as their legal counsel on any
corporate and legal works affecting any business activities
of the clients. We can also act as the local or independent
directors for the clients or their corporate entities in Thailand.

The
Firm is headed by Mr. Thaevan Uthaivath from Bangkok.
After his graduation from Thammasat University, Faculty of Law,
in 1982, Mr. Thaevan spent quite number of years with Dr. Ukrit
Mongkolnavin Law Office before and after obtaining his first
two master degrees (Texas), along with the third master degree
with NIDA (MPPM) thereafter, and extensive legal trainings plus
internships in the U.S.A., England and the Netherlands.
Mr. Thaevan has been duly licensed to practice law in Thailand
for more than 20 years.
In the
past years, Mr. Thaevan also served as the head of Legal Division
at the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand, presently
attached to the Ministry of Transportation, which responsible
for the first subway project in Bangkok as well as its ongoing
extension lines. He was one of the counsel team at one of
the global international law firms, and also joined Ford Motor
Company Thailand as the Government Affairs Director. |
Mr. Thaevan
presently serves on the board of directors with major international
companies and as legal advisor to several real estate developers,
global investors as well as government agencies in Thailand.
